What would you do if you owned Callery-Judge Grove?

18 responses – Develop it
• Given the economic forecasts of the citrus industry, I’d probably sell out too.
• Keep it rural development like the rest of rural acreage and minimal “city-fying”.
• 400 million dollar homes.
• Country/Southern style homes, gas station, I like your ideas.
• Not build a town.
• Not put 10,000 homes (if I cared about people), 10 acre track with million dollar homes.
• Help the neighborhood.
• Make it nice as possible.
• 2 responses - Keep the orange groves.
• Similar to proposed plan but no housing on less than ½ acre lot, more $ to build better roads.
• Avail myself of all available facilities provided by this project.
• Stay with zoning.
• Keep it country.
• Won’t do what you did, too much trouble.
• Keep.
• Don’t know.
• Sell and let someone else take the heat.
• Business.
• Large acre tracts.
• Develop conscientiously with improving the environment and not letting my project worsen the traffic or quality of life for neighbors.
• Create an equestrian preserve with covered arenas, great horse show facilities, cross country dressage, rodeo
• Insist that the state and country put 441 through and put 140th Avenue through.
• Develop the land with a slow paced, country setting in mind.
• Some estate homes on 5 acre lots, residential lots of 1-2 acres consistent with the Acreage.
• 5 acre homes and ball fields.
• Big recreational area with soccer and baseball, roller hockey, etc.
• Probably ask for help from my neighbors.

What does a Traditional Town mean to you?
