CHARTER -- Callery Judge Neighbor Advisory Committee

The Callery Judge Neighbor Advisory Committee (The Committee) is formed to listen to and offer suggestions regarding the master planning of Callery-Judge Grove as pertains to the vision created at the Nov. 5th – Nov 11th, 2004 planning sessions held at Callery Judge Grove. The Committee represents a constructive continuing effort to include neighbors and interested groups in the planning process.

1) The Committee board (The Board) shall consist of one chairperson, one staff member and committee members.

2) Committee members shall be approved by the chairperson and staff member.

3) The Committee agenda shall be set by the chairperson.

4) Minutes shall be recorded for each meeting by the staff member. Approval of the minutes shall be by consensus.

5) The Committee meetings shall be held at least monthly at a time and date derived by the chairperson. Meetings shall be held at 4005 Seminole Pratt Whitney unless the chairperson finds it necessary to meet elsewhere.

6) Members of the public are invited to all meetings except as the chairperson has determined an executive meeting may be required.

7) Parliamentary rules of order shall be by the most recent edition of Robert’s Rules of Order.

8) Approval of the CJNAC Charter shall be by a two thirds majority of The Board, the chairperson and the staff member.
